Product details
The Honeywell Sensepoint XCD is a stationary gas detector designed for industrial hazardous environments, capable of continuous monitoring of combustible gases, toxic gases, and oxygen, suitable for potentially explosive indoor and outdoor environments. Operators can set parameters via the LCD display and magnetic rod switches without opening the lid, enabling single-person maintenance-free maintenance and reducing routine maintenance time and costs.
Product features
- Multiple sensor versions are available: combustible gases (catalytic combustion or infrared), toxic gases, and oxygen
- Suitable for new construction and renovation projects, suitable for both indoor and outdoor installation
- Stainless steel or aluminum alloy explosion-proof housing is available, with a standard protection rating of IP66
- Three-color backlit LCD: green is normal, yellow flashes fault/warning, red flashes alarm, making it clear from a distance
- Magnetic rods are designed without opening the lid, automatically suppressing output during maintenance to reduce false alarms
- 4-20mA output (input current/pull current optional), standard with 2 programmable alarm relays and 1 fault relay, optional MODBUS
- Plug-in sensor modules can be installed locally or remotely, with a maximum remote distance of about 30 meters
- Smart sensor technology with excellent performance, precision, and reliability; Supports infrared sensing technology

Ordering code selection guide
- Complete kit ordering codes start with
SPXCDHousing material (AL Aluminum Alloy / AS 316 Stainless Steel), certification and entry (ATEX M20 or UL 3/4" NPT), gas sensor code, optional suffixM(Modbus) - Example:
SPXCDALMB1M= ATEX Aluminum Alloy M20 Infrared CO₂ 0–2%VOL Modbus - Transmitters without sensors, installation accessories, replaceable sensors, and spare parts can be ordered separately. See "Ordering Code Selection Reference" on this page for details
