The Canadian BW sensepoint xcd carbon monoxide detector is an instrument that is fixed in locations with flammable, explosive, or toxic gases, used to detect the concentration of flammable gases, toxic gases, and oxygen in the air.
The XCD (meaning Exceed) gas detector combines all the advantages of gas detection technology. It is an upgraded version of the widely used fixed gas detector, and its cost performance far exceeds any existing similar products.
Core components such as sensors in the Sensepoint XCD utilize multiple patented technologies and non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) technology, making detection more precise and long-term stability. The XCD case is compatible with multiple sensors for catalytic combustion, electrochemical, and NDIR functions, allowing it to measure a wider range of gases. Therefore, XCD is widely used in general industrial fields such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, and manufacturing, and it also performs excellently in some harsh environments.
The Sensepoint XCD features automatic status reminders, especially with its three-color backlight, which clearly displays its working status from a distance:
When there is no alarm and the operation is normal, the backlight is green
When a fault occurs, the backlight is yellow
When an alarm is triggered, the backlight turns red
