- Purpose of the MX2100 Composite Gas Detector: Suitable for daily inspection and analysis by safety personnel. The MX2100 Multi-Gas Detector is a composite gas detector launched in 2004 by the French company OLDHAM. It is a portable detector capable of simultaneously detecting five types of gases, designed for narrow environments where dangers often exist, such as telecom manholes, fire and rescue teams in factories, underground buildings, sewage pipelines, drilling platforms, and ships. Note: OLDHAM was later acquired by Incisco. For details, please click: Incisco Company Profile
- Features of the MX2100 Composite Gas Detector:
- ◆ Four sensor positions: one is dedicated to combustible gas sensors, and the other three can be freely selected from more than 20 types of toxic gas and oxygen sensors as needed.
- ◆ All sensors are pre-calibrated and interchangeable.
- ◆ The instrument automatically recognizes the sensor; after replacing the sensor, it can be used normally without calibration or adjustment.
- ◆ Can be connected to computer infrared for detection, analysis, and maintenance.
- ◆ The MX2100 multi-gas detector is compact, lightweight, easy to operate, safe and reliable, and integrates multiple functions, making it the highest-level product on the market today
- ◆ Capable of detecting over thirty types of combustible gases and more than a dozen types of toxic gases through four detection channels, capable of simultaneously detecting 1-5 types of gases, including one combustible gas and four types of toxic gases. The combustible gas channels use 0-100% V-type combustible gas sensors, which can automatically switch from LEL to VOL.
- ◆ LCD large screen displays numbers and charts; detection values from four channels can be shown simultaneously. Preset intelligent sensor module for easy replacement, automatic recognition, plug and play (built-in 32 compatible gas measurement parameters for user selection). Infrared and dedicated RS232 ◆ Port allows instrument maintenance, servicing, data download, and printing directly on a computer. Optional dedicated detection and calibration station.
- ◆ Compact and exquisite appearance, easy to carry, weighing only 350 grams
- Application fields of the MX2100 composite gas detector:
- Fire safety testing for various petroleum, petrochemical, and chemical production units; fire protection, gas, coal, metallurgy, and electric power safety testing; municipal, telecommunications, transportation tunnel construction; safety inspection; shipbuilding, electronics, semiconductor industry, pharmaceutical production; health and epidemic prevention investigations; other sites with toxic and harmful gases
